LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Becks Quality Cabinets, Inc. (“Becks”), as the manufacturer of the Heirloom, Utopian, Elements, and Serenity brands of quality cabinets, offers the original consumer purchaser a limited lifetime warranty that its cabinets are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the property where the cabinets are originally installed. This limited lifetime warranty shall be void if the cabinets are: (i) not properly installed, used, or maintained, (ii) altered, modified, or repaired by someone other than Becks unless Becks has authorized the alteration, modification, or repair in writing, or (iii) damaged by a cause unrelated to Becks’ materials and workmanship.

If the original consumer purchaser believes they have a warranty claim, they should contact Becks, either through the designer or installer from whom they purchased their cabinets or by writing Becks at 1903 Pride Terrace, Green Bay, WI 54313. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a description of your cabinets, the date your cabinets were purchased, the original invoice for your cabinets, and a complete description of your problem. Failure to provide proof of purchase voids this warranty.

If a defect is found, Becks will, at its election, repair or replace the defective cabinet. Becks is not responsible for labor charges, or for the removal or installation of cabinets, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Becks exceed the purchase price of the defective cabinet.

BECKS AND/OR THE SELLERS OF BECKS’ HEIRLOOM, UTOPIAN, AND ELEMENTS BRANDS OF QUALITY CABINETS ARE PROVIDING THIS WARRANTY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BECKS AND/OR THE SELLERS OF BECKS’ HEIRLOOM, ELEMENTS, AND UTOPIAN BRANDS OF QUALITY CABINETS DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
